Can I send tokens to a Click wallet on Solana and sell them?
Yes. You can deposit any Solana-based asset into your Click Solana wallet and trade it once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
I transferred SOL, why don’t I see it?
Your funds are not lost.
Most common reasons:
The transaction is still confirming. Check the transaction on solscan.io. Some transfers take a few minutes to appear.
If transferring from a centralized exchange, the withdrawal may still be processing. This can take longer than on-chain transfers.
Confirm you are using the official Click website or the official Telegram bot (@clickdottrade_bot).
If the transaction is confirmed on Solscan and still not visible after a short wait, contact the official Click support channel with your transaction hash.
What slippage do you recommend?
We recommend adjusting your slippage settings based on your individual trading style. Higher volatility may require higher slippage.
While lower slippage can save you from unwanted entry position. If you frequently encounter timeouts or transaction failures due to "slippage exceeded", consider increasing your slippage percentage.
What is Buy/Sell fee?
Buy/Sell fee is paid to the network to prioritize your transaction and result in the fastest execution onchain. Set custom fee’s to your own liking.
What is MEV Protection?
MEV Protection ensures that your transaction will be private and can't be attacked by MEV bots. By leveraging MEV Protection your transaction can't be detected in a mempool to be frontruned.
Why did transactions fail?
Slippage Exceeded: During execution and/or simulation your set slippage % was exceeded. Increase your slippage or use retry button.
Insufficient funds for fee’s: You do not have enough SOL to execute the transaction. Ensure you have enough SOL in your wallet for your selected priority tip, network and tx fees.
