FAQ

What is Click?

Click is your all-in-one trading platform built for the Internet Capital Markets era. Seamlessly combining infrastructure-level speed with powerful analytics, it lets you trade spot tokens, perpetual futures and prediction markets, all in one place.

How secure is Click?

Click is non-custodial. You control your private keys and signing. Click never holds your funds.

Transactions are signed by you and executed on-chain using encrypted infrastructure and secure key management.

Is Click.Trade a crypto wallet?

Yes, and much more. Click is a non-custodial trading terminal and wallet in one. It anchors your crypto assets securely while giving you fast access to trading tools, analytics and rewards

Is Click decentralized?

Click is non-custodial: your wallets are yours, and spot trades are executed on-chain from them. Perps trade through Hyperliquid and prediction markets through Polymarket.

Is Click free?

Yes. There's no charge to create or maintain your account. Fees apply when you trade or convert, and the quote shows them before you confirm.

What is the Click Telegram Bot?

The Click Telegram bot is a lightweight trading interface built for speed and reliability. It connects directly to Click’s infrastructure, letting you execute trades, monitor signals, and manage your wallet without leaving Telegram.

Can I send tokens to a Click wallet on Solana and sell them?

Yes. Tokens sent on Solana to your Click Solana wallet address arrive once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, and you can sell them. In the Web Terminal, Deposit to Spot for your Solana wallet takes SOL only ("Send only SOL"). To fund Perps or Predictions with USDC, use Deposit to Perps or Deposit to Predict.

I transferred SOL, why don’t I see it?

Your funds are not lost.

Most common reasons:

  1. The transaction is still confirming. Check the transaction on solscan.io. Some transfers take a few minutes to appear.

  2. If transferring from a centralized exchange, the withdrawal may still be processing. This can take longer than on-chain transfers.

  3. Confirm you are using the official Click website or the official Telegram bot (@clickdottrade_bot).

If the transaction is confirmed on Solscan and still not visible after a short wait, contact Click Support on Discord with your transaction hash.

What slippage do you recommend?

We recommend adjusting your slippage settings based on your individual trading style. Higher volatility may require higher slippage.

Lower slippage can protect you from a worse entry price. If you frequently encounter timeouts or transaction failures due to "slippage exceeded", consider increasing your slippage percentage.

What is Buy/Sell fee?

Buy/Sell fee is paid to the network to prioritize your transaction and results in the fastest execution on-chain. You can set a custom fee.

What is MEV Protection?

MEV Protection ensures that your transaction will be private and can't be attacked by MEV bots. By leveraging MEV Protection your transaction can't be seen in the public mempool and front-run.

Why did transactions fail?
  1. Slippage Exceeded: During execution and/or simulation your set slippage % was exceeded. Increase your slippage or use the retry button.

  2. Insufficient funds for fees: You do not have enough SOL, BNB or ETH to execute the transaction. Keep enough on the chain you trade for network and priority fees.

How do I import a wallet?

In the Telegram bot, tap 💸 Wallets on Home, then ➕ Create or import > 🔑 Import wallet.

On the Web Terminal, open the profile menu, select Wallet management, then click Import.

How can I cancel my limit orders?
