# Convert

Swap between a chain's gas token and its stablecoin.

Convert swaps between a chain's gas token and its stablecoin on the same chain. This is different from [Convert on the Web Terminal](/web-terminal/convert.md), which moves funds between your Spot, Perps and Predictions balances.

| Chain     | Convert between |
| --------- | --------------- |
| Solana    | SOL and USDC    |
| BNB Chain | BNB and USDC    |
| Robinhood | ETH and USDG    |

1. Tap 💸 **Wallets** on Home.
2. Tap 💱 **Convert**.
3. Pick the chain.
4. Pick the direction, for example **SOL → USDC**.
5. Pick an amount (**25%**, **50%**, **75%**, **100%**) or ✏️ **Custom amount**.
6. Check the confirm screen.
7. Tap ✅ **Confirm**.
