# Monitor

Use the Monitor dashboard and change its widgets.

## Overview

The **Monitor** page is your real-time market intelligence dashboard, bringing together the most important market data, token activity, and on-chain insights into a single, customizable workspace.

Instead of switching between multiple analytics platforms, Monitor allows you to track token performance, launch activity, whale movements, and broader market trends from one place. Whether you're searching for your next trade or monitoring existing positions, Monitor helps you stay informed with live market data.

## Customize Your Dashboard

Monitor is built around customizable widgets, allowing you to focus on the information that matters most to your trading strategy. Click **Customize** to add, remove, or resize widgets.

Each section updates in real time and can be configured independently.

## Launchpad Volume

Track trading volume across launchpads. Use the chain selector on the widget to switch chains.

Compare activity between different platforms and identify where new trading opportunities are emerging.

## Launches & Graduations

Monitor newly launched tokens alongside projects that have successfully graduated from their launch phase.

Results can be filtered by launchpad, making it easy to focus on the ecosystems you trade most frequently.

## Whale Activity

Follow significant market participants in real time.

Whale Activity includes:

* Live transaction feed
* Recent wallet activity
* Latest whale movements

Use this section to monitor large trades and identify where experienced traders are deploying capital.

The **Buy** button on Whale Activity and Trending Tokens rows is Quick Buy: it places a market buy as soon as you click it, using your active preset. There is no confirmation step.

## Token Price Charts

Monitor includes two token price chart panels that allow you to pin and follow specific tokens.

Each panel updates in real time, making it easy to compare markets and monitor price action without searching between multiple pages.

## Trading Intensity

Understand when markets are most active by analyzing trading behavior over time.

Trading Intensity can be viewed using:

* Average activity by weekday
* Average hourly activity
* Seven-day hourly averages

These insights help identify periods of consistently high trading activity and can assist in planning entry and exit timing.

## Trending Tokens

Track the strongest-performing tokens across multiple timeframes.

Trending Tokens can be sorted by:

* 5 Minutes
* 30 Minutes
* 1 Hour
* 6 Hours
* 24 Hours

## Perps Market Widgets

Add these from **Customize** to follow the perps market:

* **Top movers**: the biggest perps gainers and losers.
* **Crypto coins heatmap**: market-wide crypto performance at a glance.
* **Futures liquidations**: long and short liquidations across perps markets.
* **Long/short bias**: market sentiment from perps funding.
* **Funding rate heatmap**: perps funding rates across markets over time.

Launchpad Volume, Launches & Graduations, Whale Activity, Trending Tokens and Trading Intensity each have a chain selector.
