# Withdraw

## Overview

When you're ready to take profits off Click or move funds to another wallet, you can withdraw directly from the terminal. Withdrawals can be made from your Spot wallets, your Perps balance, or your Prediction Markets balance, and can be sent to a supported network of your choice.

Click routes cross-chain withdrawals for you, so you can withdraw from one network and receive on another without bridging manually.

## Before You Withdraw

Before sending funds, make sure you have:

* Selected the correct balance to withdraw from
* Selected the network and asset you want to receive
* Copied the destination address from the receiving wallet or exchange
* Confirmed the receiving wallet supports the selected network and asset
* Set up 2FA in **Settings** (required to approve withdrawals)

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Important:** Withdrawals cannot be reversed. Funds sent to the wrong address, or to an address on a network that does not match the receiving wallet, cannot be recovered by Click. Always double-check the address and network before confirming.
{% endhint %}

## How to Withdraw Funds

### Step 1: Open the Withdraw Window

Open the profile menu in the top-right corner of the terminal and select **Withdraw**.

If the Exchange window is already open (for example from **Deposit**), switch to the **Withdraw** tab at the top of the window. The Exchange window has four tabs: **Deposit**, **Withdraw**, **Convert** and **Buy**. **Buy** isn't available yet and shows a coming soon notice.

### Step 2: Choose Where to Withdraw From

Under **Withdraw from**, open the wallet selector and pick the balance you'd like to withdraw:

* **Solana main wallet (SOL)**
* **BSC main wallet (BNB)**
* **Robinhood main wallet (ETH)**
* **Perps** (USDC)
* **Predictions** (pUSD)

If you hold USDC on Solana, BSC or Arbitrum, that USDC also appears as its own entry, for example **Solana main wallet (USDC)**.

The amount field below shows the asset and your **Available:** balance for the wallet you selected.

### Step 3: Choose the Network and Asset to Receive

Under **Send to**, open the destination selector and choose the network and asset you want to receive. Click pre-selects the most direct option for your wallet, for example **Solana (SOL)** for your Solana main wallet or **Arbitrum (USDC)** for Perps.

The options depend on where you're withdrawing from:

| Withdraw from | Send to options |
| ------------------------------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Solana, BSC or Robinhood main wallet | Solana (SOL), Binance Smart Chain (BNB), Robinhood (ETH) |
| Perps | Solana (USDC), Polygon (USDC), Arbitrum (USDC) |
| Solana, BSC or Arbitrum main wallet (USDC) | The networks and assets listed for that wallet |
| Predictions | Polygon (USDC) by default. Solana (SOL or USDC), Binance Smart Chain (BNB or USDC), Robinhood (ETH or USDG) and Arbitrum (USDC) can also be picked |

Routes that aren't available yet are greyed out in the list with the note "Withdrawals for this route are not currently supported."

### Step 4: Enter the Amount

Type the amount you'd like to withdraw in the **Amount** field, or select **Use MAX** to withdraw your full available balance.

![Amount field with Available and Use MAX](https://953360368-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FvlAJauw5lS9CaoRy1bfd%2Fuploads%2FTAqZJhsxz0iI4kfuLht2%2F04-amount-use-max-12.jpg?alt=media)

### Step 5: Paste the Destination Address

Paste the receiving address into the **Destination wallet address** field. The address must match the network you selected in Step 3: a Solana address for Solana, or an EVM (0x) address for BSC, Robinhood, Polygon and Arbitrum.

If the address doesn't match the selected network, the field shows **Invalid address** and the withdrawal can't be submitted.

{% hint style="info" %}
Withdrawals from **Predictions** also ask for an address. It must match the network you pick in **Send to**. See [Withdrawing from Predictions](#withdrawing-from-predictions) below.
{% endhint %}

### Step 6: Review the Quote

Before you confirm, review the quote at the bottom of the window:

* **Network fee**: the estimated cost to send the withdrawal
* **You will receive**: the estimated amount that will arrive at the destination address

The quote refreshes automatically. If it changes after you approve, Click shows a **Quote updated** window comparing the previous and updated terms, and nothing is sent until you select **Confirm updated quote**.

![Network fee and You will receive](https://953360368-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FvlAJauw5lS9CaoRy1bfd%2Fuploads%2FQuvtz0DzwuI3BKKlxaiP%2F06-quote-rows-14.jpg?alt=media)

### Step 7: Confirm and Approve

Once the amount and address are valid, the button changes to **Withdraw to** followed by a shortened version of your destination address. Check that the shortened address matches the one you intended, then select it.

A **Confirm withdrawal** window opens. If you signed in with Google, it first asks you to confirm it's you with Google, then asks for your 2FA code. If 2FA isn't set up on your account yet, a **Confirm withdrawal** window asks you to **Set up 2FA** first, and no withdrawal is sent.

### Step 8: Track Your Withdrawal

After you approve, the window shows **Withdrawal confirmed**: "Funds will appear in your wallet once the network confirms the transaction." Select **Done**. Click then tracks the withdrawal until it settles. You'll see "Your withdrawal was submitted. Tracking it until it settles." followed by "Your withdrawal completed." once it arrives.

## Withdrawing from Predictions

Prediction Markets balances are held as **pUSD**. When you withdraw from **Predictions**:

* **Send to** starts on **Polygon (USDC)**. You can pick another network and asset from the list. Ones that aren't available are greyed out.
* Enter the amount in pUSD and paste an address for the network you picked in **Destination wallet address**.
* The quote shows the **Network fee** and the amount and asset you will receive. The rest of the steps are the same as above.

## Telegram Accounts

If your account was created in the Click Telegram bot, withdrawals are completed in the Click Telegram bots instead of the Web Terminal:

* For your Solana main wallet, the Withdraw window shows "To withdraw, continue in the Click Telegram bot." with an **Open Click Telegram** button.
* For **Perps**, it shows "To withdraw, continue in the Click Perps bot." with an **Open Click Perps** button.
* For other balances, it shows "Telegram withdrawal is unavailable for this source and environment."

## Common Messages

Relay is the routing service Click uses for withdrawals and conversions.

| Message                                                    | What it means                                                    |
| ---------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Insufficient balance | The amount is higher than your available balance. |
| Invalid address | The address doesn't match the selected network. |
| Maximum decimals: N | The amount has more decimal places than the asset supports. |
| This route is coming soon | The selected source and network combination isn't available yet. |
| Relay withdrawal routes are unavailable. Please try again. | Routes couldn't be loaded. Select **Retry routes**. |
| Relay quote unavailable. Please try again. | A quote couldn't be fetched. Select **Retry quote**. |

## Important Notes

* Withdrawals cannot be reversed once submitted.
* The network you choose in **Send to** must match the network of the receiving wallet.
* Exchanges may require a minimum deposit or a memo. Check the receiving platform's requirements before you withdraw.
* If a withdrawal shows as unresolved, do not resubmit it. Check your wallet or transaction history first, then contact Click Support through Discord.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Can I withdraw to a different network than the one my funds are on?

Yes. Choose any available option under **Send to** and Click routes the withdrawal for you. The **You will receive** row shows the estimated amount that will arrive on the destination network.

### Why can't I see USDC or Base in the wallet list?

A USDC wallet appears under **Withdraw from** only when it holds USDC. Base isn't available yet. Options that aren't live yet are hidden or greyed out.

### Why was I asked to set up 2FA when I tried to withdraw?

Withdrawals require 2FA. If it isn't enabled yet, the **Confirm withdrawal** window asks you to **Set up 2FA**. Set it up in **Settings** > **Account & Security**, then start the withdrawal again.

### What if my withdrawal hasn't arrived?

If the withdrawal shows as submitted but hasn't arrived, check the destination network's block explorer for the transaction. If it still hasn't arrived, contact Click Support through Discord and don't resubmit the withdrawal.
